What is an Immersion?

Glad you asked!  An immersion is designed to plunge participants head deep into Leadership Best Practices.  We will accomplish this by limiting the number of participants to 50 or less as we converge on a high functioning church.

During our time together we glean best practices from our host lead pastor, “speed learn” the staff to learn best practices in every area of leadership and church life, choose leader specific breakaways, and have a chance to develop and leave with cohorts of peers. In Oct 2015, we were also able to spend a morning gaining insight from Dr. Jim Bradford from our National Executive Leadership team.

Basically, if you are a leader or called to leadership, it is going to be AWESOME

Who can attend?

If you are currently in senior leadership or feel called to future senior leadership in the Church, this Immersion is for you.

Oh yeah…and just ladies this time around.

What is the cost and what does it include?

$99 is the cost of registration for 2015.  This includes the Immersion and lunch and dinner on Thursday.

This does not include the cost of housing. We typically reserve a block of rooms at a recommended hotel close to the church. Others have found rooms at the same hotel for a lower cost than the block reservations, so feel free to find those deals!
